The Nichiban Group is working to strengthen its quality control system so that we can deliver products that satisfy our customers. In addition to patrols at each production department for quality control, a quality environment meeting is regularly held as a general meeting to promote a system that can follow the production department so that our activities can function effectively. In addition, our quality system has been certified / registered according to the ISO9001 standard, and the self-declaration of cellotape has been implemented to prove that it conforms to the JIS standard.

The Nichiban Customer Relations Office responds to inquiries and suggestions about products from customers who regularly use Nichiban products, as well as from dealers and wholesalers. Valuable opinions received from customers are fed back to the relevant departments and used for further product development and improvements.
