    Prevent the occurrence and severity of diseases such as lifestyle-related diseases

    To promote medical examinations for employees as well as providing information on lifestyle modification for early detection and prevention of diseases based on the results of said medical examination

    Prevention of stress-related diseases such as mental health problems

    Continuously implement mental health care programs to prevent the early response and occurrence of mental health issues and high-stress in individuals through the implementation of stress checks

    Raise awareness of health

    Raise employees' awareness of their own health and provide guidance to maintain and promote good health.

  4. 4.
    Establish an environment to promote health management

    We will develop a workplace environment and systems that are easy for employees to work in, including workplace safety, appropriate working hours, and an improved workplace culture that makes it easier for employees to take paid leave.
